Cardholder Support: Designed to meet minimum card issuer requirements for customer care relating to lost and stolen cards, Cardholder Support ensures cardholders receive assistance in reporting and blocking lost or stolen cards at any time, year-round. An SMS is sent to the cardholder to confirm blocking. Blocking services offered include card and digital wallet blocking, transaction queries and online card support (web chat, social media or email). To facilitate regulatory reporting, monthly reports regarding support activity are offered to client banks.
Cardholder Support Extended: This additional package features assistance in card activation, re-ordering services for lost/stolen or non-functioning cards, re-ordering PINs, activating apps (MyCard), changing card limits, unblocking geo-blocked cards, blocking payment tokens and support for mobile pay services such as Apple Pay, Google Pay and Samsung Pay.
