Objective
After the training, you will have knowledge about how to evaluate, organise, prepare, and execute a business change effort. You will understand the different needs of individuals during a business change and the required leadership.

Implementation
The training lasts a total of 6 weeks and is conducted remotely. It includes teacher-led webinars, assignments, and reflection in our Co-Learning platform, as well as individual support. The training comprises a total of 15 hours of scheduled time, and approximately 15–25 hours of your own work depending on how much time you spend on the assignments.
