Digitalization is high on the agenda for municipalities across Sweden and TietoEVRY’s new partnership agreement with the tech company Hypergene aims to help them deliver their goals. The collaboration means TietoEVRY can offer municipalities a new solution for analysis and follow-up of their home care services that work within the framework of the Lifecare business system.
TietoEVRY’s industry section for municipal elderly care and home care manages approximately 180 customers, handling information about all parts of the business operations, including applications, processing, contractors, planning, mobile care, and more. From the autumn of 2020, a cloud-based and integrated solution for analysis and follow-up from the tech company Hypergene will be available as an option within the TietoEVRY Lifecare system.

Hypergene has a strong market position within the municipality sector, with around 70 customers currently using their product for business intelligence and performance management. It is this solution that has been integrated with Lifecare which is based on Hypergene’s experience of operating with both small and large municipalities.
