Tietoevry Banking’s Collection Suite Nova is once again Arum Approved

21 June 2023

Tietoevry’s Collection Suite Nova has once again been reviewed to assess its ability to meet the current and known upcoming industry needs of the Collections & Recoveries market. As a result, the independent credit management solutions company, Arum, has re-accredited Nova.

In the accreditation process, Arum looks at six key areas, where we are happy to report that Nova excels on a number of different points within each area. From a technology perspective, Nova was found to be a proven and stable technology that offers an extremely flexible and scalable data model. Functionality-wise, Nova’s system of record and specific capability for Debt Collection Agencies also received a mention, as did the flexibility provided by its open database.

Today, more than ever, good user interactions are essential in a modern Collections solution. So, it was no surprise that Nova was recognized for the full history of agent actions recorded for audit and control, and the look and feel of the UI – a priority for Tietoevry Banking. Closely connected to usability, are the system’s processing & controls, where Nova impressed in several areas. These include the configurable customer and account structure, which supports varying views, and the customer and accounts processing.

Tietoevry Banking was also praised for its implementation and change capabilities which include a complete support framework provided with a dedicated Tietoevry Banking team. Finally, looking to the future, it was noted that Nova’s visual roadmap identifies key functionality improvements with dates mapped to focus areas and industry trends.

“It’s important that when you conduct an independent assessment you both accept the praises and look to identify areas for improvement. We’ve happily done both and are proud to receive re-accreditation for the Collection Suite Nova. This also confirms that we have the right focus and are delivering according to our roadmap. It’s all part of bringing added-value to our clients,” says Crister Svantesson, Head of Collection at Tietoevry Banking.

"We are delighted to announce the successful re-accreditation of Tietoevry Banking's Collection Suite Nova, as it attains the esteemed Arum Approved System accreditation. Our meticulous evaluation of its capabilities confirms that Tietoevry has not only met but exceeded the required standards. Furthermore, their forward-looking roadmap encompasses all the necessary capabilities, ensuring continued success and innovation," adds Matt Riddall, Director of Advisory and Solutions at Arum.
