Tietoevry has entered into an agreement with the Norwegian Labour and Welfare Administration (NAV) for the delivery of a standard cloud-based solution to enhance the digitization and automation of NAV's information and document processes.
Tietoevry Industry will deliver a comprehensive solution for increased digitization and automation of NAV's processes related to case-relevant information. NAV will adopt Tietoevry Industry's Public 360° solution to support their compliance with legal requirements, documentation of their management processes, and internal control.
About the case and archive solution
The ambition of the case and archive solution, Public 360°, is to improve the workday for employees in the public sector and facilitate better citizen services. Public 360° encompasses digitization, automation, robotization, and artificial intelligence, which will simplify information management for both administration and operational activities.

Public 360° ensures a high degree of automated information and document capture, collaboration, and utilizes tools for process automation, APIs for automated data capture, and Artificial Intelligence as an integrated part of the cloud service.
The solution is Noark-approved and has a user interface that can be used by managers, case handlers, and archivists at NAV on the work surfaces they are already familiar with, customized for tasks related to their respective roles. This includes proactive decision support for the user.
The agreement is valued at 40 million NOK.
