Key information relating to the cash dividend to be paid by Tietoevry

TietoEVRY Corporation         STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE          17 February 2022   2.00 p.m. EET

The Board of Directors proposes to the Annual General Meeting to be held on 24 March 2022 that for the financial year ended 31 December 2021 a total dividend of EUR 1.40 per share be paid in two instalments.  

The first dividend installment

• Dividend amount: EUR 0.70
• Declared currency: Paid in euro. Dividends payable to Euroclear Sweden registered shares will be forwarded by Euroclear Sweden AB and paid in Swedish crowns. Dividends payable to VPS registered shares will be forwarded by Nordea Bank Plc's branch in Norway and paid in Norwegian crowns.
• Last day including the right to dividend: 24 March 2022
• Ex-dividend: 25 March 2022
• Dividend record date: 28 March 2022
• Payment date: beginning from 6 April 2022
• Date of approval: subject to the decision by the Annual General Meeting to be held on 24 March 2022

The second dividend installment

• Dividend amount: EUR 0.70
• Declared currency: Paid in euro. Dividends payable to Euroclear Sweden registered shares will be forwarded by Euroclear Sweden AB and paid in Swedish crowns. Dividends payable to VPS registered shares will be forwarded by Nordea Bank Plc's branch in Norway and paid in Norwegian crowns.
• Last day including the right to dividend: 22 September 2022
• Ex-date: 23 September 2022
• Dividend record date: 26 September 2022
• Payment date: beginning from 5 October 2022
• Date of approval: subject to the decision by the Annual General Meeting to be held on 24 March 2022
