Tietoevry Corporation STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE 26 March 2025 8.00 a.m. EET
The Annual General Meeting held on 25 March 2025 resolved to distribute a total amount of EUR 1.50 per share from the distributable funds of the company in two instalments, either as dividend from retained earnings or as distribution of funds from the reserve for invested unrestricted equity or as a combination of these.
From today 26 March 2025, the shares in Tietoevry (Nasdaq Helsinki: TIETO, Nasdaq Stockholm: TIETOS, Oslo Børs: TIETO) will be traded excluding the right to the first instalment of EUR 0.75 per share.
